Under this new ownership, the group appointed Finchatton to overhaul and redesign the interior of the building, while Squire & Partners undertook an elegant renewal of the building’s exterior. The result was 37, three, four and five bedroom apartments with carefully preserved, historical features, which opened in 2021.
